If I could give this location less than one star, I would. I went through the drive through and literally received a bitten chalupa. When I called, the manager told me I would have to bring the chalupa back to the store. When I arrived to the store and showed them the chalupa, they said that it didn’t look like it had been bitten and that it must have come out of the fryer like that. In the end, they gave me two new chalupas but adamantly stated that it was the fryer. I stated that it didn’t matter because even if it was the fryer, they should have never served something with such a low quality. I was also unimpressed with the cleanliness of the facility. They had sticky counters and floors. Overall, a very negative experience.

Food was cold I think a chili cheese burrito sums up what the temperature should be and that is hot not cold I give it three stars just because the people are nice in there and I really didn't complain about the chili cheese burrito because I just didn't want to wait around and make a new one
