This branch is a no service time waster. We went in to open a personal checking trust account and after an hour and a half sitting with questions, they never ordered the checks! Today, we figure they should have a relationship with us if nothing else. We drive 45 minutes to get a signature guarantee on some investment paperwork and they tell us it will take 10 - 18 days! We walked out and found a small local bank that would help us today. Unbelievable lack of customer support
